Day Nine: Get Out In Nature

Take a deep breath.

In….Out…In…Out.

Now, lets get those legs moving and those eyes away from those pesky screens. It’s time to fill those lungs with some fresh air. Weekends pass too quickly, with laundry needing to be done and all those chores that have been left from the week. Once a month, once every three months, whenever, take that day and get outside the city. Get away from the general hubbub of noise and find some peace in nature. Follow a cliff path to a secluded beach, climb up to a peak, get lost in a forest. It might be cold at this time of year, but you’ll be surprised just how beautiful our natural world still is.
